SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

i) Diploma / Bachelor degree in electronics, engineering or relative
ii) At least 5 years working experience in testing
iii) Competent in using MS Office

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.1 Test all products and systems are tested correctly and in accordance with CTS’.
1.2 Calibrate the systems correctly and in accordance with company procedures
1.3 Fault find and trouble shoot during the products and systems test.
1.4 Liase with Senior Test Engineer to ensure all the CTS’ are updated and ensuring that products are tested accordingly.
1.5 Identify process improvement opportunities working with the UK team and China Engineering functions, implement and document t as appropriate.
1.6 Support in factory layout to optimize lean manufacturing, Poka Yoke tooling and ergonomics creating a 5’s environment.
1.7 Ensure production testing is performed and completed safely to the required Production timescales.
1.8 Ensure that all Test Equipment remains calibrated at all times. Ensure all the H & S aspects for radiation and hazardous substances are complied with to meet both UK and Chinese standards.

1.9 Fault find and Test Customer returns and return product to R & R stores suitably labelled upon
completion.
1.10 Correct use and safeguard all the test equipment / tools.
