Requirements
1.Over 8 years engineering management experiences in process/ test engineering in electronic assembly
2.Degree or above in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent
3.Experienced in OEM/ODM industry, SMT process, W/S soldering, manual assembly and box build assembly
4.Demonstrated with effective leadership skills
5.Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
1.Lead the manufacturing engineering team ( EE, TE, ME, IE, AUTO ) to provide manufacturing engineering support to production & customer
2.Develop and introduce new manufacturing technology
3.Facilitate and drive manufacturing product build reviews
4.Feedback to customer with engineering solutions
5.Other duties may be assigned as required.
