Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in electronic engineering a must, Master degree is a plus
-Minimum 5 years of experience in HW design, PCB design, component engineering, and qualification in medical, industry, or automotive electronics
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong sense of urgency and teamwork
-Prior experience in directing individuals or small teams is a plus
-Proficient in oral and written English.

Responsibilties:
-Be responsible for electronic hardware design, and PCB layout using standard PCB layout tools;
-Identify, source and implement new/alternative components that is of equal or greater performance without compromising quality at a total cost saving;
-Be the focal person for all functional issues that stem from components being purchased for manufacturing;
-Review test plan and verify HW design in line with functionality/quality requirements;
-Understanding of PCB and PCA manufacturing processes in relation to PCB design;
