Requirements:

1; Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic or industry engineering
2; Have good quality awareness and experience. Be familiar with quality control tools & methods.Be familiar with ISO 13485.Have FDA knowledge is preferred.
3; About five years relevant quality process control experience in PCBA manufacturing company. Have good mechanical & electrical knowledge.
4; Have experience in project management,auditing,statistical process control.
5; Good communication & presentation skills.
6; Good adaptability and can be flexible
7; Be good at problem solving on site.and good decision making.
8; Good self management(time management,planning,meeting deadlines and so on),can coaching other team members.
9; Fluent English both written and speaking.

Responsibilities:

1; To be conversant with Lean Manufacturing and practices for business improvement, which support improving quality.
2; To ensure that manufacturing processes determine acceptable outgoing product quality.
3; To ensure that investigations into quality issues are carried out thoroughly and effectively in order to achieve a proactive and satisfactory conclusion.
4; To assist in the development of performance measures.
5; To assist in the presentation of quality data and “issues” in the Operations Review.
6; With Manufacturing Engineering, ensure that products are able to meet all quality requirements.
7; Produce appropriate and relevant quality plans.
8; To be responsible for ensuring that all product hold incidents are effectively communicated to all applicable persons. This action to include the maintenance of “On-hold” database and the provision of reports, as required, which provide documented evidence of incidents of products placed on hold.
9; To assist with the establishment of Process Capability measurements and achievements
10; Responsible for assisting in the establishment and approval of rework actions, to overcome product non-conformances.
