Requirements:

1; Bachlor degree or above, major in Document & Archive management, English, etc
2; At least 5 years experience quality system document control,familiar withe ISO 13485, have knowledge of FDA is perferred
3; Be computer literate and proficient with the necessary software packages (Windows, Lotus Notes and word processing).
4; Have experience of set up quality system in manufactury plant, have quality system audit skill
5; Good electronics/mechanical understanding.Technical Translation.
6; Ability to self manage,good time management skill
7; Good organization & communication skill
8; Resutl oriented,creative & openess

Responsibilities:

1; Followed by PCO process, maintenance of part numbering system in conjunction with relevant departments, for component parts, sub assemblies and parent products.
2; Maintenance of BOM’s via PCO process for exiting products.
3; Checking of Works Order Job Cards for correct versions of BOMs, and instructions in order to intercept Works Order for PCO changes that may be required to be made.
4; Follow up the PCO implementation status
5; Ensuring correct document and latest revisions were used on production line through periodic audit.
6; Coordinate with NZ to maintain the Enable system and document translation.
7; Maintenance of quality record archive
8; ISO13485 or FDA audit.
