Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.？ Positions TT electronics IMS to win new international business by executing marketing campaigns in support of opportunities as outlined in the Global Marketing Plan.
2.？ Assists Global Marketing Manager with any media activities, including but not limited to interviews and press events.
3.？ Writes and translates press releases on a regular basis.
4.？ Manages press contacts and inquiries and establishes relationships with media partners.
5.？ Assists in writing and editing sales and marketing materials such as articles, email communications, direct mail, presentations, white papers and case studies.
6.？ Provides support for proactive and effective communications to appropriate stakeholders.
7.？ Produces, or acts as the liaison with firms that produce promotional and print communication materials.
8.？ Assists in preparation for trade show exhibits, including booth design, promotions before, during and after shows, coordinates shipping materials and travels to and participates in trade shows when necessary.
9.？ Assists in collecting market and competitive intelligence data.
10.？ Executes secondary market research for content development and market segmentation purposes.

Qualifications:

I. Education/Experience/Credentials: Minimum 3-5 years professional experience in marketing, communications or public relations. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or International Business with specialization in marketing is highly desirable. Extensive experience working in multicultural environments. Experience in European electronics manufacturing a plus.

2. Language Ability: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to read and analyze periodicals, business reports, correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, team members and the general public. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions. The individual must possess strong skills in grammar and proofreading.

3. Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.

4. Reasoning Ability: Ability to collect data, solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to maintain a professional and positive image in any situation using good judgment.

5. Computer Skills: Ability to use office software, including Word processing, Spreadsheets, Development software, Design software, Internet software, Databases, Slide Presentations, Internet browsers, E-mail, and business systems software.

6. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
