Main Purpose of Job:

Assist the Production Manager in planning the production on daily , weekly & Monthly basis .

Assist in the planning, directing and coordinating the operations of production

Assist in development of schedules based on product information, equipment efficiency and materials supply

Ensure that Line Leaders and DL team members are effective in the plan execution

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Work with planner to pull the monthly plan

Split it into weekly plan & then daily plan based on different process / work center

Knowledge of SMT process , wave process , coating / clean process .

Knowledge of time study .

Must have worked in High Mix Low volume .

Responsible for timely and accurate monthly Production plan

Work with Line Leaders and DL employees to execute the plan and develop and maintain work schedules that supports 100% on-time delivery of both production and RMA demand

Assist Line Leaders and production staff in providing accurate WIP and labor reporting

Manage individual and team performance in areas of product dependency, consistency across team production and team progress and development

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree and 5 years of experience OR 3 - 5 years of related experience required

Possess extremely strong skills in the following areas:

Verbal and written communication, leadership, problem solving, administration, high attention to detail

Demonstrated experience with Manufacturing software, word processing, spreadsheets and e-mail

Demonstrate integrity and enthusiasm in striving for excellence

Ability to provide high-quality responses to Manufacturing related issues for the Operation or customers

Ability and willing to work overtime as needed

Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workloads
