Main Responsibilities:

1. Lead IPO mechanical sourcing team to drive saving solutions to meet annual targets
2. Commodity material localization for annual cost saving & establish world class supplier base to support global sites supply chain activities
3. Good supplier and material management, identify right material source for global sites
4. New Local Vendors/ Materials sourcing and development, qualify local vendors together with engineering and quality teams
5. Good sense of raw material global market and capable to perform professional material cost analysis
6. Maintain approved supplier database/ AVL list optimize and update

Job Contents：

1. Execute group sourcing strategies to meet business development needs and material requirements on good quality, on time delivery with competitive cost.
2. Lead mechanical sourcing team to make sure RFQ quoting effectively with quick response and competitive unit price for global sites.
3. Need to effectively negotiating with oversea vendors via conference call.
4. Propose value added alternative or resources for materials improvement.
5. Develop new suppliers, survey, perform audit and qualify/approve suppliers together with related departments.
6. Good supplier and material management, regular supplier performance review to drive for continuous supplier improvement on OTD/quality/price/service.
7. Coordinate supplier management activities with related departments, such as WOFE operational, quality, engineering and quoting team etc.
8. Maintain supplier price and AVL supplier information to maker sure the most update information is properly in place.
9. Effectively communication with group purchasing leaders and cross function team members on problem solving.
10. Other jobs and responsibilities assigned by direct leader.

Qualification Requirements:

1. Education：Bachelor degree on mechanical engineering or supply chain management
2. Working Experience：8 years working experience on material sourcing/purchasing, mechanical sourcing experience will be a plus.
3. Professional Skills and Competency/Training/ Certificate
4. Fluent in English and excellent communication skills with internal customer and group leaders
5. Good knowledge with low cost country sourcing, quality system; certified internal auditor be preferred. And related knowledge like ISO 16949 etc…
