岗位职责：
1. 根据公司的工作流程和标准及客户的要求，在客户现场安装或协助安装设备
2. 为客户和代理商提供产品知识和应用技巧方面的培训和指导
3. 根据公司的工作流程和标准，对市场上的设备进行预防性维护
4. 根据市场的需求对售后的设备进行及时的故障排除和维修
5. 及时与客户和主管进行沟通维修情况
6. 定期与客户沟通产品使用情况
7. 总结故障排除和维修情况，并反馈给生产部,工程部或销售部
8. 对内定期汇报产品在市场上的使用情况
9. 协调客户关系，向客户推广公司新的服务


职位要求：
1. 中专以上学历, 机电、机械专业
2. 三年以上售后服务经验
3. 较强的学习能力和服务意识
4. 一定的英文阅读及表达能力
5. 有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
6. 较强的机械或者机电维修动手能力
