1.Main Responsibilities:
主要职责：
?Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repairing of the production equipment and facility, need a timely and efficient manner to diagnose and solve the breakdown of production equipment to ensure smooth production; organize a good job during maintenance and repair of the end of the site clean-up work.
负责设备/设施的日常维修工作，及时、高效地诊断并解决生产设备故障，保证生产的顺利进行；抓好维修过程及维修结束的现场5S工作；
?Organize technical training, and guide equipment maintenance technicians; carry out the work of equipment operation and maintenance effectively and seek the feedback from technician.
组织设备技术培训工作，培训与指导设备维护技术员；开展设备使用及保养的工作. 及时有效与维修技术员进行信息沟通，保证维修技术员按时按质完成任务;
?Conduct daily patrol to monitor all equipment/facility in good condition, plan and check all the works have been done according to the check lists and the records have been done properly.
每日巡检，做好设备/设施预防性维修工作。对设/设施备使用、保养、维修等情况进行调查了解并形成报告；
?Under the instruction of Department Manager/ESH/5S to supervise/coordinate the external contractor work. Assist manager to implement CI.
根据部门经理、安全和5S的要求监督协调第三方的工作。协助工程经理完成项目改进工作；
?Manage and execute the maintenance documentation/record.
负责维修文档的记录和管理；
?Plan and execute the engineering 5S/GMP management activity.
制定、完善及执行工程相关的5S/GMP管理；
?Prepare and provide related report with RCA analysis and true data.
准备并编写基于根本原因分析及真实数据的相关分析报告，月度报告等。

2.Education/Experience 教育/经验
?College degree or above in engineering electrical or mechanical related
大专学历及以上工程机械或电气自动化等相关专业
?4 years or above equipment maintenance experience and 1 year supervisor experience
?四年以上相关维修工作经验，其中至少一年主管经验

3.Qualifications/Skills 资格/技能
?Have good maintenance experience for Mechanical and Electrical equipment and facility, better if extrusion blowing or injection machine
具备生产设备(吹塑与注塑为佳)及公用工程的机械与电气维护修理经验
?Strong sense of safety/5S/GMP
安全/5S/GMP意识强
?Able to read technical documents in English and basic oral communication
能读懂英文技术文件及基本的日常对话
?Able to work under tight schedule/overtime with pressure
能在时间紧迫或者超时的情况下工作，具备较好的抗压能力
?Good at AutoCAD and Microsoft-MS
掌握CAD及微软办公软件
?Can-do spirit, hard work and teamwork spirit
实干，肯干及团队合作精神
