Skills, identify key skills required for the job (managerial and technical)

· Minimum Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

· Full PLC skills (Siemens preferred) to problem solve and trouble shoot.

· Minimum of 5 years work experience in this field.

· Strong analytical mind for data analysis and problem solving.

· Good knowledge of engineering standards and electrical engineering codes.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team environment.

· Good leadership and people management skills.

· Language skills in Chinese and English.

· Job requires hands on approach to engineering and implementation.

· Ability to adapt and learn new skills fast.

· Ability to fully comply will all company EH&S Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities (detailed tasks), describe the main responsibilities (action for a longer period and measurable) briefly, using an action verb, to highlight the value added by the position

1. To provide engineering services related to project implementation and technical know-how for capital expenditure projects to improve plant operation.

2. Provide hands on support to problem solve and assist plants with PLC issues.

3. Provide design knowledge to improve plant, equipment, and processes used in the manufacture of concrete roof tiles.

4. Provide technical support (where necessary) to maintain production performance.

5. Selection of parts and equipment suppliers.

6. Provide specific knowledge to standardize processes and equipment across the company.

7. Work on specific projects as specified by management.

8. Monitor and check the safety practices within each project, full compliance and according to Monier EH&S Policy and Procedures to ensure a safe working environment during project implementation and operation.
