Job description:

Production Control & Developments
1. Verify production planning and monitor production schedule and follow-up;
2. Establish and maintain the manufacturing related procedure to meet the ISO9001/TS16949 requirements;
3. Monitor testing and pilot runs of new or improved products and new process, and
review and evaluate the results of research works;
4. Direct and participate in development and improvement of existing products and
process, conduct and direct technical researches needed;
5. Prepared cost estimated and bill of materials.

Supervision
1. Manage all manufacturing resources and activities to achieve on-time delivery;
2. Reduce the manufacturing cost and increase productivity;
3. Develop and implement programs to provide high quality production and
Establish a quality-conscious work force;
4. Approve the requirements of direct manpower, material and equipment based
Upon the authorization level;
5. Conduct the document control and corrective actions in the manufacturing.
Department to meet the ISO9001/TS16949 requirements;
6. Approve the manufacturing procedure related to ISO9001/TS16949;
Leading
1. Enhance work morale and stimulate efficiency and productivity;
2. Direct manufacturing resources by setting work priorities and delegate assignments
3. to a balanced workload among subordinates and clarify areas of accountability;
4. Evaluate, review and approve supervisory-level performance and personnel actions;

Problem-solving:
1. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering and QA in solving quality and production problems;
2. Solve chronic and sporadic problems happened in production processes;
3. Investigate customer complaints on existing products.
Coordination:
1. Coordinate Supply Chain, Engineering department, QA department to ensure the smooth production and timely support;
2. Participate in the internal quality audit for ISO9001/TS16949 as required;
3. Coordinate process and product research, engineering design with production
activities and quality assurance programs;
4. Coordinate research and development work with other research organization and keep abreast of new technical development, material or process.
