负责公司生产加工设备与动力设施的维修与保养，保证设备的正常安全运转以及生产的顺利进行；

1.负责制定公司设备、设施维修保养计划，并保证这些计划的实施；

2.掌握设备、设施正常运行和日常维修。 组织实施维修工作，指导并参与维修过程中疑难问题的解决，检查维修质量，保证设备的正常安全运转以及生产的顺利进行；

3.制定设备维修所需备品、备件计划，控制备品备件库存和维修成本；

4.团队建设：

－ 负责维修团队建设和管理，采取改进措施，提高工作效率；

－ 负责制定和实施下属员工的培训计划，着重加强服务意识、技术水平等方面的培训；

－ 安排、指导和监督下属员工的工作，制定和实施下属员工的绩效考核和评估；

1. 掌握常见电气、液压控制系统，动手能力强，具有独立排除常见电气故障和进口电器设备方面修理的能力；

2. 熟悉大型钣金冲压或机械加工设备与机器人金属焊接加工设备维修管理。

3. 熟练使用PLC和变频器，对弱电控制应用有较深了解；

4. 良好的沟通能力和团队精神，较强的执行能力；

5. 大专以上文化程度，电气自动化等相关专业毕业，有10年以上设备维修及相关工作管理经验。
