Job Descriptions：

1.Make teaching plans according to the different training requirements of individuals and companies;

2.Evaluate the students before and after the training, follow the students’ study progress. Help students achieve their learning targets.

3.Respond to the student’s feedback and questions;

4.Fulfill the assignments given by the Teaching Supervisor;

5.Cooperate with the Marketing Dept. on the activities relevant to Teaching Dept.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s Degree or above majored in English;

2.Minimum 2 years adults’ English teaching experience;

3.Excellent command of English and very standard pronunciation;

4.Highly self-motivated, responsible, patient and inspiring;

5.Great communication and interpersonal skills, can work under high pressure, a team worker.

6.Strong PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
