Position requirements: 职位要求：
1. Educational and experience requirements include engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical/refrigeration training plus 5 years’ experience.机械或技术/制冷等相关专业，5年以上经验；
2. Possess technical knowledge of refrigeration equipment.(any kind of compressor , heat exchanger ,shelling tube etc);掌握制冷设备相关技术知识（压缩机、热交换器、壳管式等等）；
3. Possess the required skill to diagnose faults first time and rectify the fault both speedily and efficiently;能够在第一时间诊断错误并有效纠正；
4. Competence in both practical and theoretical refrigeration knowledge, which includes testing and commissioning of systems and associated pipework and electrical work, fault diagnosis and rectification.同时掌握制冷设备理论和实践知识，包括测试、系统调试、相关管道、电气知识、错误诊断和改正；
5. Expected to work in an efficient and economical manner, and liaise efficiently both with the clients and the company.能够使用高效、经济的工作方式，能够与客户以及公司保持有效联络；
6. Possess general competence and organizational ability beyond that of a Grade 2 refrigeration engineer, therefore able, without supervision, to carry out all service work from drawings and specifications, if required.有2级制冷工程师的基本知识和组织能力；能够在无人监督的情况下，根据图纸及技术参数，独立进行工作；
7. Possess thorough knowledge of microprocessors , electronic controls and plc; 掌握微处理器、电子控制器等知识；
8. Must be competent in brazing and welding of pipe to pipe and associated fittings and components.会钎焊和管道焊接，以及相关组装和装配工作；
9. Must ensure that all documentation and reporting systems are properly completed and handed in on time. 能够按时完成并提交所有文件及服务报告；
10. Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times.时刻注重健康与安全；
11. Ensure tools, parts, refrigerant equipment, etc., are maintained in good condition and kept to a high standard at all times & report any faulty items & those needing replacement.确保工具、零件、冷却设备等状态良好，并时刻保持在高标准状态，如有任何故障或需要更换的产品，应及时上报；
12. Identify/detect any Health & Safety hazards and report same to senior management;检查是否存在健康和安全危险，若有应及时上报；
13. Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.人际关系良好，擅于沟通，简化和表达技巧良好；
14. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.分析和解决问题的能力良好；
15. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.能够独立完成工作；
16. Demonstrated ability to work in a team setting.注重团队合作；
17. Good computer skills, proficient with SAP and MS office applications.计算机能力熟练，熟悉SAP系统和MS办公软件；
18. Ability to communicate effectively in both official languages is an asset.沟通能力强；
19. Thorough understanding of company corporate and industry practices, processes, standards etc. And their impact on field engineering activities了解公司企业文化和行业惯例、标准等；

Primary responsibility: 主要职责：
1. Follow installation activities of complete chilling system project. 跟踪整个冷水机系统项目的安装工作；
2. Solve service issue. 疑难解答；
3. Provide guide line to our customer related of company Chiller equipment. 为客户提供指导；
4. Provide training to customer and ,junior engineers.负责客户及初级工程师的培训；
5. Provide Commissioning and start up activities. 负责调试及启动的相关工作；
6. Provide spare part list or maintenance guide list to our customer.负责给客户提供备件表或维护指导列表；
7. Support other company service engineer ;支持其它服务工程师；
8. Manages on-site activities and ensures on time and on budget;管理现场工作，确保准时且在预算内；
9. Supports sales and engineering groups in areas which drive cost through installation and service activities;为销售及工程部门提供支持；
10. Develops Service, Options and Up-grades and Spare parts.
11. Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.与项目人员协作，提供技术建议并解决问题；
12. Supports the sales team where needed to provide technical input into offer generation;为销售团队提供技术支持；
13. Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate program effectiveness.找出并解决潜在问题，并对项目的有效性进行评估；
