Job description:
1. Responsible for the delivery and evaluation of soft and technical skills training on all aspects of client training; to prepare learners to perform job functions within predertmined KPIs/performance standards.
2. Responsible to utilize appropriate delivery techniques in a blended/scenario/transmission/self based learning environment
3. Provide coaching and feedback and supervision during OJT/Nesting/TQ/Evolution
4. Support OJT/Nesting/TQ/Evolution by observing, measuring and monitoring learners as needed.
5. Responsible for self-skilling and certification during periods of un-activity (classroom)
6. Develop non-classroom communication and training materials - for eg handouts, etc.
7. Coordinate new hire, progression and enhancement training activity
8. Assess participant and class performance in FT/CST and Nesting
9. Participate in minor client interaction (include effective curriculum feedback and client visits)
10. Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager


Qualifications
EDUCATION, SKILLS and/or EXPERIENCE
1. University degree.
2. Demonstrated ability to take initiative, multiple task, and prioritize
3. Strong English communication (demonstrated ability to speak, comprehend and write in English).
4. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
5. Strong presentation, planning, time management,and organizational skills
6. Can work independently with minimum supervision
