Responsibilities:
* Assist the General Manager to start up the new company, and be the liaison with the local government agencies.
* Provide the daily administrative support, including but not limited to:
- Travel arrangement for company staff and oversea visitors
- Meetings arrangement and coordination
- Office work administration, and security management
- Company file/record management
* Assist the General manager for the HR related function
* Other tasks as assigned by the general manager

Qualifications:
* University degree in business related degree with excellent English skills

* Min 2 years experience in similar role
* Self starter with strong coordination and communication skills
* Team player with integrity
* Familiar with the labor law
* Proficiency with office software such as Word, Excel, and Power Point
* Multinational company working experience preferred
* With a driver license preferred
