职位描述
Job requirement：
1.bachelor degree or above， with Business Adminstration related subjects.
2.Familiar with MS office and ERP system.
3.Good negotiation skills in English and Mandarin.
4.Good coordination and problem solving competencies.
5.Strong sales orientation and committed to service excellence, pleasant personality, proactive good planning and execution ability.
6.At least three years customer service working experience in OEM industry.
Job responsibility:
1.Receive and handle customer enquiries, confirm order schedule with planner and feedback to customer.2.Responsible for RFQ, contracts and follow up with sales.
3.Release notifications to related department for receiving and delivering goods.
4.Cooperate with technical departments to get clarification of all technical data for roll service project.
5.Follow up production schedule and arrange delivery time, especially coordinate for special delivery with corresponding departments.
6.Coordinate with logistics for transportation for orders requested.
7.Follow up payment, give necessary reminding for overdue payments.
8.Provide necessary support to financial to issue invoice in time.
9.Handle customer complaint and customer satisfaction survey.
10.Sort and file documents showing clearly and openly useful/important data, ensure CS work efficient and well organized.
