1、 准备发货所需清单信息，包括COC,发货单，打包单等。并将此信息准确及时 传递到相关部门及人员。

Prepare delivery documents in time, including COC, delivery note, packing list, etc. Circulate key information to related personnel, including Warehouse, Logistics Specialist, Production.

2、 提供客户服务，包括接收PO，整合客户需求，向采购提供购货清单，向客户提供库存信息，并且跟进发货安排。

Provide customer service, including receiving PO, consolidate demand and providing purchasing list to Purchaser, providing stock information to customer and follow up with delivery arrangement.

3、 黏贴发票，向财务部提供发票信息。解决关于发票出现的问题。

Prepare invoice information to Finance Department and address invoice problems.

协调供应链各部分链接，以确保货物的准确及时得发送。

Coordinate every step of the supply chain to ensure goods to be delivered in time and in accuracy.

4、
