Job description

Fully implement cooperation’s service policy
Receiving and processing orders, providing information concerning changes, pricing, and shipping
providing administrative support function to customer service manager
Assisting in developing and implementing customer service procedures, policies and standards
Interacting with customers and overseas SRAM locations, providing information in answer to inquires about products, accounts, and services.
Handling and resolving customer complaints, or special orders via mail or phone.
Coordinating customers’ service requirements with other appropriate departments as necessary to ensure effective customer service
Investigating and correcting errors, following company and customer records.
Assisting Customer Service Manager in various tasks as requested

Education / Minimum Qualifications

At least 5 year’s experience in customer service activites
Major business English preferred
Business Ethics,Self-Awareness and Confidentiality
Good decision-marking, communication skills
In-depth Customer service knowledge
Strong leadership skills
Ability to encourage and motivate staff with responsible attitude
Excellent English in speaking and writing
Be familiar with whole export/custom process
Proficient in MS Office software,Previous experience with and enterprise business system SAP preferred

公司地址：昆山市张浦镇建德路399号（德国工业园区）
面试路线：
1、出租车路线。在新客站乘坐出租车沿长江路到港浦路，在永记造漆公司左拐进入到港浦路，沿港浦路大概5分钟车程到建德路左拐，第二家既是我公司，全程约20分钟，大约25元。
2、公交车路线，在新客站乘坐公交111路、112路、113路、125路、130路，到长江路港浦路站台下车。
下车后到马路对面沿着港浦路往东走大概1500米，约需要30分钟到建德路，左拐进入建德路，第二家即是本公司。
