Position Responsibilities职务介绍：

1. Work as project engineer, perform program management for all new projects of Extrusion; plan, organize and coordinate all the project activities. 任职项目工程师，执行新的橡胶挤压项目管理。计划、组织和协调所有的项目相关活动。

2. follow up the project development and work with the team of sales, production, engineering, quality, logistic and purchasing to track open issues掌控项目进度，协调相关部门处理有关问题，完成项目任务；

3. Hold meetings for project development process.组织项目会议，汇报、通报项目信息； 4.work to follow up with customers about the new project跟踪客户并协调新项目；

5. Interface between Cikautxo China and customers to launch/transfer the new project. 企业和客户之间的接口启动或转移新项目。

6. Perform the coordination and track of product and process development. 执行协调和跟踪产品及过程开发。

7. Interface with the customers; coordinate all the program issues between Cikautxo China and the customers, visit customer when necessary. 与客户接口,协调所有项目中客户和公司之间的问题,并在必要的时候拜访客户。

8. Coordinate the preparation of customer audit. 协调客户审核的准备工作。

9. To work with other departments配合其它部门工作。

Position Requirements任职要求:

1. College degree or above, major in mechanics or related.工程背景学士学位或以上；

2. Fluent in English both writing and spoken.大学英语4级或以上；熟练的英文沟通能力。

3. Above 3 years’ experience of program management/coordination in automotive industry. 3年以上汽车行业经验的项目管理。

4. Computer skills e.g. MS-office, CAD (Catia) preferred.计算机技能。能熟练运用办公室软件,CAD(Catia)计算机国家二级或同等水平；

5 Good skill of organizing and teamwork spirit.良好的组织能力和团队合作精神。

6.Can work in a frequent business trip to customers.适应频度适中的出差任务；

7.Can work overtime with emergent issues.适应应急事务加班。
