Requirement:

- Majored in mechanical engineering or related bachelor degree or above

- Must have over 5 years QE experience in mechanical industry;At least 5 years quality management experience;1~2 years quality experience on pump related product is plus

- Be good at using quality control tools FMEA,SPC,DOE etc.to control,improve quality and solve variety of quality problem

- Fully understand engineering drawings,engineering specifications and product standards

- Preferred pump product knowledge

- Fluent English is required and good mandarin presentation skill is preferred

- High cost control sense,good at exploring economic & prompt response for quality improvement

- Capable to lead a small team,focus on team competency development and talent management

- Good Word and Excel skill is necessary

Responsibility:

- Maintain & upgrade quality management system, conduct internal & external quality system periodical audit

- Deeply involve new product development and transfer, develop relevant quality plan per project schedule

- Initiate to implement corrective/preventative actions to improve raw material,process and product quality level

- Take initiatives to lead QC to complete raw components FAI,PPAP process and routine QC activities

- Take responsibilities to handle customer complaints and warranty issues closed in time

- Review VOC, coordinate with engineering and operation team continuously improve product quality

- Develop team competency and build up a strong QA and QC team to support business growth

- Deeply involve variety of Lean Kaizen activities

- Sustain a complete quality assurance system,compile and create essential quality documents and records,meet product quality traceability purpose

- Provide quality related training to operation team if necessary

- Responsible for tracking operation COQ,PPM etc,quality relevant KPIs

- Evaluate and improve QC team performance

- Prepare quality related reports per management
