I.管理生产部门内的日常事务，带领翻班领班，监督部门指令的实施，确保生产安全高效运转，建立积极向上的团队。Assistant management to do daily management inside of Production Department; assistance manage shift foremen; monitoring implement of department instructions; Insure the whole production to run safely and effectively; and buildup the active team.
II.协调安装、故障维修、设备维护等维修活动，负责承包商的指导管理 支持生产团队，对生产技术员和领班开展培训 确保机器设备处于良好运行状态。Performs or coordinates all maintenance activities including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of sophisticated process equipment, facilities maintenance, coordinating and directing contractors. Supports Manufacturing Team Leaders with training and supervision of Operating Technicians. Ensure equipments and facilities are available and well status.

Your role / 岗位描述

I. 在公司安全部门的统一领导下，建立生产维修区域的安全管理制度，妥善管理废弃物，积极营造健康安全的运营环境。关心部门员工的健康和安全，严格监督检查所有安全规定的实施，力保所有保护措施的落实。Follow up the consolidate leading of safety department, build safety management regulations in production and maintenance area, properly manage the castoff, actively set up a healthy and safe operation environment. Be concerned about healthy and safety of subordinates, strictly supervise and check implementation of all safety regulations, try the best to put all safeguard measures into effect.

II. 积极参与工厂主生产计划及生产部门各工序生产计划的制定，在保证计划落实的同时力争确保人、机效率达到最佳状态，降低生产成本。保持与设备部门的紧密联系，维持设备和辅助工装夹具，工具的良好运行状态。To actively participate in plant planning and the floor planning, and strive to have machines and labors are at high efficiency and cut down production cost while ensure the plant plan is fulfilled. Keep close contact with maintenance department, maintain a good working situation of equipment, assistant clamps and all tools.

III. 及时与工艺质量部门讨论生产过程中存在和潜在的问题，积极推动解决方案的产生和实施。 持续改善生产绩效，努力发挥项目小组的作用，力争循序渐进的提高。Timely discuss all existing and potential problems in production processing with quality department, actively prompt resolution and implementation. Continuously improve production performance, make efforts to bring TQM project group into play for a gradual improvement.

IV. 管理及指导翻班领班的工作，认真学习执行公司的相关要求，维持整洁高效的环境，以高要求严标准建设一支执行力强，纪律严明，有凝聚力的生产团队。Manage and coach shift foremen' work. Your profile / 职位要求

I. 具备本科以上学历，身体健康。
II. 具备4年以上班组管理经验， 或6年以上操作工作经验， 操作熟练， 表现优秀，有较强的组织和协调能力。
III. 具备5年以上维修管理工作经验。
IV. 具备良好的语言表达和沟通能力，良好的判断力和解决问题能力。
V. 诚信，敬业， 有进取心和责任心，积极主动， 能尊重他人。
VI. 掌握计算机的常规应用：Excel, word, Email.

I.Education: Bachelor degree or above, Good health.
II.4 years working experience of team management at least, or 6 years of operation experience, good operating skill, nice individual performance, and strong organizition and coordination ability.
III.Minimum 5 years of working experience in maintenance area.
IV.Have good language and communication skill, good judgement sense and troubleshooting ability.
V.Honest,responsible,aggressive,initialtively,willing to learning and improving,respect to others.
VI.Grasp computer skills: Excel, word, email.
