Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in HR or relevant field- At least 5 years of related work experience
- Familiar with related regulations
- Good communication skills
- Self – motivated
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
Responsibilities:
- Ensure confidentiality of all employee information and undertake not to abuse such information obtained in their personal capacity for personal gains or otherwise.
- Administration of employee contracts ensuring employee receive all payments and benefits they are entitled to under their contracts and ensuring all such payments are in accordance with individual employment contracts.
- Maintenance of employee leave records (entitlement and usage) and attendance record.
- recruitment of permanent, contract or temporary staff as required and preparation of employment contracts and payments.
- Administration of Expatriate employee benefits including housing contract and related payments, employee medical and insurance claims and renewal, relocation and home trip airfare.
- Assists with set up of an annual training plan and coordination of employee training.
- Administration of company HR policies
- Administration and organization of employee welfare and staff functions.
- Administration of the Employee Appraisal and incentive System.
- Employment permits and visa application for expatriate staff
- Assists with staff relation maintenance and any labor disputes
- Local subject matter expert for all matters related to HR and overall responsibility for all HR matters within the school.
