Job Summary

Responsible for OTD, Inventory, Capacity Planning, Oracle System maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for MPS base on monthly forecast, capacity and inventory strategy
2. Manage Sales & Operation Planning(S&OP) meeting
3. Setup flexible capacity strategy against changing environment by working closely with factory, global supply chain and Sales&Marketing
4. Responsible for allocation when needed
5. Responsible for global inventory to ensure high OTD meanwhile keep high turn-over rate
6. New product introduction (focus on matching demand and supply by coordinating with engineering and suppliers to ensure the technical and material readiness to support the
business plan)
7. Manage ECO and Key component transition
8. Product Life cycle planning and execution
9. E&O reduction by setup robust planning process.
10. Material planning for both new product and mass production as well as capacity planning for key material suppliers to ensure component supply
11. Weekly/Daily Production schedule
12. Lead time reduction and production schedule fulfill rate
13. Planning Objective setting and KPI management,
14. Low-cost flexibility planning to support changing demand by working closely with production on quicker reactions and sales&marketing on proactive decisions
15. Oracle system utilization and optimizations
16. Global planning system standardization
17. Leading planning team and upgrade the team on continuous excellence,
18. Working effectively with cross functions toward company goal achievement,
19. Manage warehouse activity including material receiving/storage/issue
20. Performing other duties as assigned.


Job specifications

1. Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Management, Economics, Computer Science,
2. At least 10 years working experience with minimum 5 years management position in high mix low volume company.
3. Planning/Project management experience with fast growth international company, MPS experience is a plus
4. Sufficient ERP experience, Oracle is preferred
5. Good communication and influential skills.
6. Good initiative on process improvement.
7. Proactive on learning and improvement,
8. Mature personality.
9. Self-motivated under big pressure
10. Fluent English
