Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in Engineering related.
2. Around 3-5 years experience relating project management, or customer service, or after-sales support, or sales assisting etc.
3. Experience on Engineering related work is highly preferred.
4. Familiar with MS Office, SAP or other ERP system experience is preferred
5. Good oral English, good communication skills


Responsibilities:
1. Process orders for spare parts and services
2. Sales order follow-up, complete SAP key-in
3. Coordinate with other departments (finance, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, quality) in order to fulfill the sales contracts
4. Coordinate with supplier and customers if necessary
5. Customer service tracking (e.g. complaints) according to manager's requirements.
6. Other project support works
