职位描述
Overall Responsibility:
Within specific HR policies and procedures, actively participate in the delivery and co-ordination of professional Human Resources activities in order to provide accurate, proactive and correct sub-functional output and specialized management support.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities (not restrictive):
Human Recourses:
1. Clarify the recruiting needs of departments; facilitate the functional departments to apply for the requisition procedures.
2. Maintain and develop recruiting channel and resources like the job fair, campus recruitment, website and headhunters flexibly.
3. Coordinate the orientation process and procedures of new recruits, familiarize them quickly with the company culture
4. Identify the training needs from departments, assist HR manager in designing annual training plan.
5. Coordinate the internal or external training course and development programs for employee; facilitate intra-functional and inter-functional training within ASAPA.
6. Responsible for graduate program, follow up with department heads for assessment of effectiveness.
7. Document and update the training record, assist HR manager in conducting post training evaluation.
8. Assist HR manager in implement company employee career development, provide with advice from time to time.
9. Coordinate annual performance planning, performance review and performance evaluation ensures compliance with global performance management policy and framework and correct utilization of relevant performance management tools.
10. Research compensation & benefit data of local market, provide advice to ensure that the compensation and benefits packages are competitive with the local market.
11. Coordinate with third party and area share service center to provide payroll, benefit and insurance service to employees
12. Execute employee relations programs, including corporate culture activities organization, employee communication, employee recognition, labor conflict handling, ensure employee morale and satisfaction
13. Handle personnel procedures such as working time monitoring, HR information input and update.
14. HR outsourcing management, application for employee passport, short term residence certificate for foreign employees, Visa application.
15. Other duties as assigned.
Administration Aspects:
1. Office suppliers’ administration (e.g. stationary, courier & mailing, office cleaning services, etc.)
- Manage vendors, office suppliers to ensure the best services quality to be provided to the company
- Source, evaluate and negotiate with administration vendors to maintain at cost effective level.
- Manage cleaning management service providers to ensure a safe, clean and orderly working environment
2. Monthly bills making and cost control
- Prepare and track expense reports, payment vouchers (hotels, taxi, visa, stationary, mailing, meal boxes, shuttle bus, etc.)
Qualification & Experience Requirements
1. Professional specialized education (diploma / degree), ideally in Business Administration and / or social sciences, Human Resources qualification preferred.
2 Experience Required:5 years of experience covering general HR & Adm. functions
3 Familiar with China and local Employment Labor Laws;
4 Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.
5 Good communication and presentation skills
6 Planning, priority setting, problem solving and monitoring skills
7 Personality, Characteristics: - Able to work independently, prompt, reliable and resourceful
8 Well-organized personality.
9 Self-motivated, initiative and able to work well with minimal supervision
10 Honest, team cooperation spirit, positive attitude, willing and quick to learn
11 Effectively bilingual in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
12 Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
