Main Responsibility:
Is the keeper of customer satisfaction through product quality.
Define quality and reliability objectives
Define, monitor and drive quality improvement plan
Define project quality plan
Analyse customer specifications
Coordinate the product and test equipments validation activities with the laboratory
Manage risk analysis, and project quality assurance files (Design FMEA, Design Verification Plan...)
Define prototype control plan, and validate the control plan for serial production
Ensure the good application of project Quality tools (QRQC methodology, TRAQ database,...)
Prepare Customer Initial Sample file, and obtain internal and Customer approvals
Respond to Customer Quality issues during project development
Follow the non conformity during product development and lead the related QRQC
Manage the analysis of warranty return
Manage the IMDS data base for the new products and interface with customers
