1. BS、ME Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum 5 year of experience on mechanical product development

3. Broad base knowledge on injection molding, casting and machinery, motor manufacturing or design experience is preferred

4.familiar with SW software
5,Must be fluent in English
6. Need good communication skills and teamwork capability

职位职责：

1. Develop the product specifications and coordinate development schedule through Product Planners
2. Conduct the analysis of design concept and trade-off
3. Work with Design Engineers for drawing preparations for new product or improve design for available product
4. Work with Manufacturing Engineers to set up process flow for new product or optimize process
5. Work with Procurement Engineer to improve supply chain
6. Work with reliability group for product qualification plans
7. Maintain the product for continuous improvements after the product launch
