Position Purpose
- Participate in product engineering and maintenance activities
- Contribute to innovative, fast and effective response mechanism to product
maintenance and modification in relation to variants, quality and cost reduction

Major Tasks
Product maintenance and variant creation
- Participate in the technical performance of larger engineering projects
- Use new technologies, research know-how, and technology platforms in
relation to engineering and maintenance activities
- Use standardized and measurable development methods in engineering
activities
- Work to achieve the specified requirements in the engineering process
- Produce cost analysis
- Contact relevant stakeholders in relation to engineering activities
- Ensure that quality, functionality and production costs meet the
specified requirements.
- Project Manager on smaller engineering projects
- Design- and construction tasks

Test
- Observe demands and perform tests in compliance with relevant norms
and product approval standards
- Plan and conduct tests and laboratory tasks
- Work out test descriptions, test result analysis, handle specification and
follow-up on tests for clarification of technical problems

Documentation
- Prepare and update relevant documentation
- Ensure documentation of the technical development in design journals
- Assist on product approvals

Stakeholders
- Responsible towards Product Engineering Manager
o Receive tasks from Product Engineering Manager
o Personal competence development
- Responsible towards Product Technical Responsible
o Support on engineering activities
o Knowledge sharing on products, technologies and engineering
activities.
- Informed Product Development Managers and Product Engineers
o Knowledge sharing when handing over new products (after
launch) to the engineering function
- Support to Assistant Engineers
o Give design and documentation tasks
- Support to Product Specialist
o Corporation in relation to product engineering activities

Required Qualifications
- Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- +5 Years of working experience from a global company.
- Expected English level is equivalent to B2 level on Oxford Online Placement Test
- Extrovert, open and trustworthy with good communication skills
- Able to deal with ambiguity
