Education教育背景:
BA or a Master in tool design of injection moulding.
本科或硕士学历，模具设计与制造相关机械类专业

Language语言:
Fluent in English, both oral and writing skills.
英文听说读写熟练，工作语言为英文。

PC Skill电脑技能:
Microsoft excel, project, word / 3D CAD software (Catia)
熟练使用办公软件./ 熟悉使用3维绘图软件，有使用Catia经验的优先

Professional Experience专业经验:
1. Mould designer with more than 3 years proved experience within 3D design.
3年以上使用3D软件进行模具设计经验

2.Experienced with tolerance settling from a function and manufacturing point of view.
从产品功能和生产工艺的角度考虑模具的公差设定

3.Experience with DFM and mould flow analyses.
熟悉DFM和模流分析

4.Experience within manufacturing processes. (CAM, CNC).
熟悉加工工艺 （CAM, CNC）

5.Experience within injection process (data, etc).
熟悉注塑流程

6.Experience within polymers consisting glass fibre (PA66 30%GF, PES30%GF, PBT 30%GF, etc.).
熟悉玻纤材料特性 (PA66 30%GF, PES30%GF, PBT 30%GF, etc.).

7.Experience with Moldmaster and Synventive systems.
熟悉Moldmaster 和Synventive 系统

8.Understand the concept of geometric tolerances (GPS).
了解几何公差（GPS）

9.Supplier management / Project management preferable.
有供应商管理经验和项目管理经验者优先

Expectation:
1.Overall responsible for quality, time, cost and technology of project.

Daily Duties日常工作:
1.Current and future mould suppliers development and sourcing.
开发和维护供应商

2.Handle mould projects through the whole value chain, ensuring on-time delivery to customer with right quality and cost level.
负责整个模具项目，确保及时交付合格的产品

3.Make specifications, estimations and quotations
制定规格，评估以及报价。

4.Make tool design (randomly) and verify design from supplier with customers and TCDK.
依据客户或是丹麦技术中心总部的要求设计模具或是验证供应商的模具设计

5.Handle molding tool documentation in Catia, Enovia and SAP.
在系统中（Catia, Enovia and SAP）维护模具的相关数据和资料

6.Verify molding tool testing process and ensure the process data.
验证模具测试流程和测试数据

7.Technical support within team, to production and RND in China when necessary.
如格兰富中国研发和生产公司有需求时，作为团队中的技术支持角色。

8.Contribute to internal and external reporting and communication material, e.g. general presentation materials.
负责内部和外部的报告和沟通材料

9.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
