Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

* Be responsibile for the daily inventory counting to align with the inventory record accuracy target.
* Make analysis for the gap and find out the grief root cause and corrective action such as BOM issue, scrap, process and lane-sizing setting up issue.
* Analyze and classify the grief reason and improve counting efficiency and accuracy.
* Working with operation team to standard the parts-taken methods.
* Working with customer closely to maintain the Lane-sizing and Bin-tracing, create and maintain the control cycle in CBS (SAP) for KB setting.
* H2K parts delivery grief (overage, shortage etc) analysis.
* Accountable for POU Recipe development and implementation aligned with CPS metric.
* Other tasks management team assigned.

Required Qualifications:

* College degree or above, minimum 2 years of related experience.
* Some experience with personal computers would be helpful,SAP experience is preferred.
* Good team player, positive attitude.
* Good analysis ability is preferred.
* Better english reading and writing ability.
