Duties and Responsibilities:

- Arrange assembly starts plan for subcons, monitor the actual output vs. commitment fulfillment status, and ask for correct actions if any missing.

- WIP management , closely follow up on the lot movement and work with engineering/QA on the solution for any quality/problematic lots disposition.

- Work with wafer supply sites to ensure enough wafer supply to subcon to serve weekly starts plan.

- Work with purchasing for PO issuance for the buy&resell subcons.

- Generate buy plan on monthly basis based on S&OP and review with subcon for capacity allocation/commitment.

- Communicate with regional planners for order fulfillment status update, expedite urgent items with subcon to avoid customer line down.

- Subcon weekly performance review and reporting to management.

- Participate in the measurement of subcons’ performance in terms of quality, delivery, cycle time, cost, etc.

Job requirement:

1) Bachelor's degree;

2) At least 3 years production/material planning experience in manufacturing;

3) Good English and Korean, both writing and oral;

4) Good team work, maintains effective relations, good communication skills;

5) Familiar with MS office software special excel ;

6) Basical ERP knowledge and familiar with MRP , MPS etc. Supply chain planning knowledge.
