岗位说明:
1.负责办公室日常事务

2.负责办公室日常用品采购

3.负责公司车辆的保险、验车、保养、维修等工作

4.保证公司班车的正常运转接送员工上下班，完成各部门用车和接待任务，满足用车需求；
5.协助行政人员从事一些外勤工作。

任职要求：
1、高中以上学历；
2、三年以上机动车驾龄；
3、熟悉车辆年检、保险、养路费办理等程序；
4、具有良好的驾驶技术和安全、服务意识，身体健康、为人正直、踏实，工作积极主动。
5、公司提供一日三餐及住宿，双休。

    2004年7月成道建设(中国)有限公司成立于江苏省南京市。是由韩国成道株式会社（韩国上市公司）全额投资的韩国独资企业。主要从事建筑、半导体、FPD、产业成套设备、生物制药、微电子、环保科技、房地产等领域的工程，从项目的设计到采购、施工、验收、售后服务等，全方位实施交钥匙工程。
    2004年9月，作为外商独资企业第一个取得房屋建筑总承包二级资质，并先后获得了冶炼工程施工总承包二级、建筑装修装饰工程专业承包二级、机电设备安装工程专业承包二级、钢结构工程专业承包三级、体育场地施工工程专业承包三级和空气净化工程专业承包三级七项施工资质。与此同时2005年8月顺利的通过了ISO9001质量管理体系认证和ISO 14001环境管理体系认证。并且于2012年4月凭借扎实的基础和雄厚的实力，公司取得了房屋建筑总承包一级资质。
    我公司项目遍布全国，分别在上海、北京、天津、大庆、沈阳、无锡、广州、合肥、成都等地成立了分公司。
2007年被选为黑龙江省大庆市三永湖瀚城国际特区建设项目的主施工单位。

SUNGDO Construction (China) Co., Ltd is established in July, 2004 that based on the revised administration law for foreign construction enterprise in China. Mother company, SUNGDO ENG also has been supplying its services to the construction field for 17years in Korea. In 2005, we got the ISO9001 Certificate. Now, our head office is in Shanghai.

Since 10years before that SUNGDO Construction Co.,Ltd still wasn't founded, SUNGDO ENG has completed over 20 turnkey projects successfully and achieved high quality, reasonable cost-down, reducing of construction period especially, in the high-tech IT industry. We have our own great know-how in the China businesses through the experiences mentioned above.

Moreover, most of our key staffs are consist of men who have plenty of careers in overseas construction field and many brilliant local manpower also have trained as a technician.
