岗位职责：
1) Manage customer complaints/ FARs and RMAs
2) Manage customer complaints/FARs database and SAP update.
3) Drive customer complaint/FAR corrective/preventive actions implementation thru periodic audit and follow up.
4)Work closely with cross functional team to deliver good Quality 8D in defined cycle time.
5) Analyse quality data and drive quality improvement programes with target to achieve zero defect.
6)Manage customer visit/ audit, arrangement for logistics, and internal technical preparations. Follow up action items after audit until full closure.
7) Support risk lot assessment and return.
8) Manage internal process/ system self-assessment. Follow up action items after audit until full closure.
9) Support process/system quality improvement.
10)Support actively in Change management, Equipment /Process release and safe launch release.
11) Review document to ensure relevant Q spec. or process spec., control plan update.
12) Actively support Zero Defect program.
13) Actively support IFX improvement program
任职资格
1)Bachelor of Degree in Science / Engineering.
2)At least 2 years working experience semiconductor Industry.
3)Good professional presentation skills. Team work spirit. High liability. Trustworthy.
4)Fluent in written and speaking English.
