职位描述
Job Description:
Accounts Management
1.Establish and maintain a good relationship with customers; Manage channel network
2.Prioritize all kinds of sales activities, and control promotion and travel expenses within budget
3.Take responsibility for Service mobilisation, customer services and contracts management, as well as Pricing and AR issues
4.Ensure that sales information is adequately captured in company systems, including Customer Relationship Management IT System.
Sales Management
1.Develop territory sales plan according to business strategy and achieve sales goal
2.Deliver sustainable, profitable sales.
3.Identify new leads and assess the viability of them for sales pipeline management.
Coordination and support
1.Support BD promotion activities proactively to create field demand and catch up new market opportunities
2.Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth transition from business development, to sales, to operational excellence
3.Other work assigned by line manager, to give valuable feedback on market information
General
1.Regular timely reports, as required.
2.Undertake any other duties that are aligned to the role - within the spirit of the company goals and vision.
Requirement and Qualification:
Training
1.good understanding of financial models and business planning.
Experience
1.At least 8-years experience in healthcare field
2.At least 5-years experience working in a multinational company within international environment.
3.Previous experience in Sterile Services or healthcare related products/services is an advantage.
4.Experience of managing sales teams.
Knowledge & Skills
1.Ability to plan and prioritise work.
2.Ability to analyse and interpret data.
3.Ability to solve complex problems in a pressurised environment.
4.Reasonable knowledge of commonly used IT programs.
Personal Qualities
1.Outstanding communication skills.
2.A Team Player.
3.Adopt a flexible approach to work.
4.Excellent planning and organisational skills.
5.Work under pressure to deadlines.
6.Produce high standards/quality work.
Other Requirements
1.Must be willing to work flexible hours.
2.Initially based in Suzhou area
