2. 二年以上，或四年以上（资深工程师）塑胶成形品质管理经验，熟悉塑胶特性以及成型工艺过程。
3. 能看懂图纸,依照图纸制定检查方法与要点。
4． 曾经参与新项目移转过程品质先期策划APQP。
5. 对具备生产现场品质检验任务的指导和策划的技能。



1. 主导新项目NPI阶段质量先期策划APQP活动。
2. 负责PPAP及类似文件的提交和客户沟通确认工作
3. 处理NPI阶段产品质量问题
4. 制作产品的检验标准与检验方法,以及维护更新
5. 负责检查员培训
6. 识别职责范围内的环境因素。
