Qualification

1.Good relevant technical or science degree

2.Must have high level of energy; strong execution ability

3.At least 8 years of relevant engineering experience (of which, at least 5 years must be in managerial position) in innovative and fast paced environment. Those with MNCs experience will be preferred.

4.Strong Project and Material Management experience.

5.Strong printing and die cut related industry technical knowledge.

6.Strong communication skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin for both verbal and written communication.

7.Good sense of colour matching , printing and die cut material knowledge.

8.Able to work under pressure and able to handle multiple tasks/projects.

Main Responsibility

1.Provide Engineering Support to production, sales team and ensuring new product effectively managed to volumization

2.Drive and implement product improvements to reduce cost and improve performance to customer.

3.Ensure new products meet design for manufacturing target for waste and efficiency.

4.Coordinate and drive product transfer projects. Ensuring smooth transfer and/or development of business between regional sales and manufacturing teams.

5.Drive specific product transfer sourcing projects. Ensure appropriate approvals to confirm supplier technical qualifications. Work with Purchasing and quality depts. to qualify suppliers for volume sourcing of product.

6.Continuously develop total manufacturing engineering team performance.

7.Measure and analyze identifying top poor performance parts / products and implement specific improvements (top 10 improvement activities and OPL submission)

8.Achieve profit enhancement target for the team.

9.Other duties as requested
