职位描述
Role:
? The Client's government affairs team drives business growth, increases market access and reduces operating expenses and risk through policy and political leadership in China.
? The Director of Government Relations will lead the development and execution of a government affairs agenda in China.
? The position provides leadership on a broad range of legislative, regulatory and public policy issues affecting competitive positioning, and represents the company in public forums on topics of interest to the business.
? Initiate, drive and manage comprehensive strategy and plan that helps our client and its brands reach its growth goals and business objectives through effective relationships with governments and other non-government organizations that influence the policy-making process.
? Represent to the business teams the public policy positions of the national and local governments and the impact, risk or opportunity for our client.
? Represent our client in trade associations that represent BBY views to policy makers and industry influencers
? Foster key relations with elected officials and organizations that assist in outcomes for BBY legislative and business priorities.
? Support company Public Affairs initiatives and programs as needed.
Requirements:
10 years experience in building and managing relationships with associations, consultants, or working in government positions
10 years Experience developing public policy initiatives, grass-roots campaigns and working with diverse organizations to achieve outcomes
5 years experience working with the media.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese;
Proven diplomacy and advocacy skills to effectively handle relationships with government officials;
Ability to develop and implement strategies to secure support from key government agencies and regulators relevant to the technology industry;
Proven leadership, interpersonal and consensus building skills
