Position: Sales Manager Plastic China -World Famous Chemical Company
Report to: Business Director, Interface & Performance Greater China
Subordinate: 0 People
Industry: Chemical Industry
Location: Shanghai Xinzhuang
Purpose:
？ Develop sales for business in plastic and polymerization industry
？ Implement the key actions in line with marketing projects
Responsibilities:
？ Generate sales growth through direct customer contacts, negotiations and account servicing with existing and potential customers.
？ Present products at customers with professionalism and passion
？ Conduct market research to prioritize customer promotions
？ Develop and implement distribution channel strategies to access smaller, indirect accounts
？ Monitor, evaluate and report on competitive activities
？ Exchange local market information with international colleagues
？ identify and evaluate new product portfolio opportunities
？ Forecast customer demand on a monthly basis
？ Submit call reports and monthly reports in a timely manager
？ Support to offer technical service to customers
Requirements:
？ Technical knowledge

？ Good communication and cooperation skills
？ High motivated with good entrepreneurial drive
？ Quick learning capability of plastics & polymerization industry
？ Willing to travel (around 40%)
