Criticality of Position & How Related to Growth:
? In order to support the strong growth of Prestolite brand business, we need an application that has capability of understanding customer's application, finding solution for customer and winning customer confidence.
? This experienced engineer will provide strong support for sales team, motor design team and sourcing team.
?
Responsibilities:
? Interface with customer, understand application criteria and work out solution with customer together.
? Interpret customer requirements to internal motor team, implement the product design with motor engineer, testing team and sourcing team.
? Identify the proper suppliers for application related components, work with the suppliers to build qualified products and achieve timely deliverable.
? Provide close technical service to customer, and capable of solving problems with customer.
Requirements:
? 5+ work experience
? Bachelor degree or above in mechanical major or related
? Experienced at gear and pump applications.
? Solid knowledge of mechanical design and prototype building.
? Good communication and interpersonal skill.
? Good command of English
