Responsibilities:
? Legal Counsel in Corporate Legal Department in China Holding Company.
? Independently advise one or several business divisions in all legal issues except for intellectual property law.
? Advise on M&A transactions in China jointly with General Counsel China.
? Participate in international team work in Global Legal Team
Requirements:
? Qualified PRC lawyer with 5-9 years of experience in general legal advice (corporate law, contracts, labor law). Good teamwork spirit required. Good English skill required.
? Working languages are English and Chinese.
? Experience in another MNC required. Experience in automotive business and/or M&A preferred.
