We deliver creative solutions for building projects for industry, government, commercial and leisure sectors. Our building engineering specialists have expertise in structural and building services engineering, fire engineering, acoustics, facades and seismic design. We embed sustainability principles in every design.
Responsibilities:
? Lead technical team to deliver project tasks.
? Lead internal technical supervision, training and skill development.
? Perform team/resources planning and management.
? Perform project management and administration.
? Perform client care and liaison as well as external communication.
? Recruit more technical talent and experts.
? Perform business development and promote AECOM branding in the market place.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in Building Services, HVAC, consultant business experience preferred.
? Over 15 years post-qualification experience in design and building services management, with at least 5 years in China.
? Qualified / Chartered Engineer of a recognized professional institution.
? In depth technical knowledge of discipline.
? Broad Experience in design for varying building types.
? Specialism in designs for sectors with high degree of engineering such as high-rise building and complex institutional building.
? Specialism in tender management.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high responsibility.
? Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
? Candidates with less experience will be considered for Principal Engineer or Senior Engineer.
