职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Pre-concepts calculations during the acquisition of the new projects.
? Simultaneous Engineering with the development and customer teams of the business division in order to get an easy manufacture process.
? Investigate and provide assembly concepts for the new Asia projects in collaboration with the team and the team members in Germany.
? Ensure the quality requirements through the use of methods like P-FMEA, QFD, Poka-Yoke, Capability studies,
? Write the industrial engineering timing plan and coordinate the activities.
? Maintain continuous communication with internal and external customers to address requirement and concerns (customer change requests, quotations, quality items,). Handle customer concerns (related to IE) and ensure immediate resolution of issues.
? Write the specifications related to the release concept.
? Follow the design and manufacturing of the equipment by external suppliers.
? Install and launch the equipment in the Asia locations.
? Handover the equipment to the plant after completion of the project requirements.
? Evaluation and implementation of technical modifications during the project and the serial phases.
? Provide innovations and technical ameliorations of the processes in collaboration with IE-Shanghai team and the plants.
Requirements:
? Dipl. Engineer / Master (industrial engineering/production technics/machine technology)
? 8-10 years experience in the IE area / production area.
? Experience with semi-automatic processes; Experience with electrical motor products;
? Experience in Automotive or high serial industry.
? Familiar with Assembly technology, FMEA, MTM, Project management, Cost calculation und cost comparison, PC knowledge (MS-Office, Autosketch)
? Able to react in different changeable situations and problems; Able to set action plans and negotiate with suppliers; Responsibility for cost, timing and quality.
? Fluent English, both writing and speaking.
