Position: Sales manager (homologation)

Responsibilities:
#Responsible for planning and implementing sales activities to achieve Automotive Department's target on homologation business;
#Define sales policy and strategy together with the Homologation Section Manager, set and implement the sales plan;
#Leading and managing the sales team to achieve the sales target;
#Analyze market needs and customers' expectations, secure business opportunities and prepare expansion of service scope;
#Monitor competition from the following perspectives, it includes: emergence of new competitors (their strengths, weaknesses), new services offered by existing competitors, the expansion of competitors such as alliances, joint ventures, partnerships, new offices;
#Support marketing on collecting information and promotion activities;
#Develop business with existing and new customers through professional sales activities, such as a. Search for potential customer; Create business opportunity by exploring channels and network; Respond to and follow up customer's enquiry; Visit customer and promote TUV SUD's service; Negotiate and win projects; Conduct customer management to maintain business relationship;
#Perform other duties assigned by the Homologation Section Manager and the Department Manager.
Requirements:
#College degree or above;
#At least 2 years sales management experience in testing & certification industry field. Experience in automotive industry will be a plus;
#Proven good sales record;
#Good communication and sales skill;
#Good customer management skill;
#Aggressive and self-motivated;
#Willing to travel;
#Good command of English.
