职位描述
传递客户的要求和信息,协调新产品的开发,处理客户的抱怨,组织缺陷分析,并协调纠正预防措施的制定和追踪措施的实施。
Transfer customer demand and information, cooperate the development of new product, organize flaw analysis, assist to create the corrective and preventive method, follow up the implementation of the methods
主要职责
Key Responsibilities
1. 与客户保持密切联系,及时获取、传递信息(如第二方审核),并协助其他部门做好准备工作。
Keep close relationship with client. Timely acquire and transfer information(such as The Second-Party audit. Assist other dept to prepare.
2. 负责及时处理客户的抱怨(包括0公里返回、客户装配现场、外部返回),并作出相应的反馈。
Responsible for timely handle complain from clients(include 0 kilometer return, client assembling field, external return).Feedback that.
3.组织对客户返回产品或零件的缺陷分析,并出具分析报告
Organize the flaw analysis about client return product or the components .Submit analysis report.
4.协同相关部门制定纠正预防措施,以减少缺陷的发生,并跟踪、评估纠正预防措施的实施
Assist relevant dept to create the corrective and preventive methods in order to reduce the flaw occurrence. Follow up and appraisal the implementation of corrective and preventive methods.
5.上级交办的临时任务
temporary task delivered by supervisor
职位任职条件
Basic Requirements
1. 4年以上汽车工业行业相关岗位工作经验;
4+ years work experience in automotive industry
2. 本科或以上的学历,机械制造或相关专业
Bachelor or above, mechanism or relevant majors
3. 有良好的英语听、说、读、写能力
Fluent level of English (listening, spoken, reading and written)
4. 熟悉MS Office
Familiar with MS Office
