Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment searches end to end, including engagement confirmation/establishment, candidate sourcing/qualification, interviews, shortlist presentation, client management, offer negotiation and reference checks;
- Manage existing clients and create and build ongoing relationships with clients and candidates
- Direct and guide researchers to ensure effective candidate searches.
- Develop and maintain good business relationships with clients within the assigned field.
- Contribute to the business development with team leader.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in executing recruitment assignments
- Client focus and willingness to go the extra mile to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong execution capability and good customer service mind-set
- Responsible, self-motivated, open-minded and good team work spirit
