Your responsibilities:
Liquidity management of Chinese entities incl. cash pooling;
Optimize financing structures (InterCo Loans, credit facilities);
Provide advice on guidelines and regulatory environment;
Conduct financial planning cycles;
Bank relationship management;
Support M&A projects;
Intern supervision
Coordination with Headquarter in Germany
Execute other projects upon demand
Your competencies and qualifications:
Tertiary academic education (major: finance, business administration or the
like)
Preferably 2 # 3 yrs professional track record in finance/treasury,
accounting, controlling or banking
Strong communication skills # able to interact smoothly with HQ, Banks
Working experience with Multinational companies# organizations and their
processes
English and mandarin language skills (oral and written); good computer
skills (MS Office, Excel)
Able to work independently and entrepreneurial attitude
