职位描述
The Senior Key Account Manager is responsible for the maximization of the IC Account penetration and profitable growth of the defined vertical Account of the represented Division(s)/BU(s).
He/she has to represent the Division(s)/BU(s) in all strategic and cross activities as interface in front of the customer. Additionally he/she acts as the advocate for the customer's interests and shows a personal long-term commitment for his/her customer.
The Senior Key Account Manager
? Work with RGM to develop and executes the agreed customer strategy
? Work with RGM to drive the account business targets alignment with Division(s)/BU(s) and is responsible for the achievement of the target
? Develops a strategic partnership and establishes relationships with the appropriate Customer's key decisions makers and ensures access to the account for the Division(s)/BU(s), combines the know-how and forms the communication hub.
? Work with RGM to identify, drive and develop short/medium/long term opportunities as part of the 3 to 5-year Account Business Plan
? Follows the principle of "one and clear face to the customer"
? Assists to the RGM to set up the KAM Region organization and follows IC KAM guideline and process
