职位描述

主要职责:


· Drive and deliver revenue and volume targets for the hypermarket key accounts; monitor and control Accounts Receivables of direct sales to key accounts and ensure timely resolution of disputes if any.

· Develop hypermarket key account plan that is aligned to the country plan and for working with trade marketing to create promotion plans that are aligned to the customer strategy.

· Establish key customer management processes and ensure adherence to these processes

· Prioritize the allocation of trade funds based on strategic importance of the customer and the best benefit to the company. Ensure effective control and tracking of trade fund spending as it relates to hypermarket key accounts.

· Lead the effective trading terms negotiation with key customers to reach win-win agreement.

· Provide accurate and timely information on future customer demands to assist forecasting process; facilitate joint forecasting process with customers if needed.

· Responsible for leading flawless execution of strategy implementation in hypermarket key accounts including distribution, listing, shelf-management, pricing, promotion, in-store promoter and merchandising for existing and new products to grow and secure market share in the stores.

· Develop effective training programs on hypermarket key accounts management and facilitate the follow-though of these training programs.

-大学以上文凭

工作经验:

-5年以上国际性/区域性零售大客户操作经验

-2年以上实地销售管理经验

工作技能:

-熟练的Excel和Word操作技能

-谈判技巧和计划能力

-很强的演讲能力
